We’re so glad you’re interested in renting our Community Room!

We provide this room for a modest fee so that we can cover the costs of maintaining it. It is available to almost any group for a huge variety of events/parties/gatherings. This room has seen birthday parties, bridal showers, employee appreciation parties, cooking demos, painting parties, crafting groups, educational presentations, exercise groups, and more. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

Pricing:

Monday-Friday
9:00am – 1:00pm:  $50
2:00pm – 6:30pm:  $50

Saturday & Sunday
9:00am – 1:00pm:  $100
2:00pm – 6:30pm:  $100

If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization we will provide the room to you at a 50% discount off total cost provided you send us proof of your non-profit status. Email us at [email protected] with the proof of your non-profit status and other details of when and why you wish to book the room.

The room is rented on a first-come first-serve basis, which is secured by payment of the rental fee (not the initial inquiry). Payment serves as confirmation of your reservation and acceptance of our Community Room Rental Terms of Use Agreement. Scheduling and payment is handled through Acuity and Square.
