Note: All WeekENDS for 2023 have been booked. Most WeekDAYS are still available in 2023. Our Community Room fills up VERY QUICKLY, especially on the weekends. We suggest that you reach out with as much notice as possible to secure your preferred date/time. Typically weekend dates are filling up 2-3 months in advance.

We provide this room for a modest fee so that we can cover the costs of maintaining it. It is available to almost any group for a huge variety of events/parties/gatherings. This room has seen birthday parties, bridal showers, employee appreciation parties, cooking demos, painting parties, crafting groups, educational presentations, exercise groups, and more. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

9am-1pm: $50
2pm-6:30pm: $50
Saturday & Sunday
9am-1pm: $100
2pm-6:30pm: $100
If you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization we will provide the room to you at a 50% discount off total cost provided you send us proof of your non-profit status.
The room is rented on a first-come first-serve basis, which is secured by payment of the rental fee (not the initial inquiry). Payment serves as confirmation of your reservation and the requested slot will not be held until payment is completed. Payment also serves as acceptance of our Community Room Rental Terms of Use Agreement. We will send you an emailed invoice/payment link via Square and payments are made via a credit card.

As an independent local business, we have one person who responds to our community room requests. It may be a few days before we can get back to you. Please provide as much information and date options as you can so that we can get your date secured without multiple back and forth emails.
